These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the NATA Career Center, operated by the National Athletic Trainers' Association. By using this service, you agree to these terms.
By accessing or using the NATA Career Center at jobs.nata.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA).
The NATA Career Center is an online job board and career resource platform operated by the National Athletic Trainers' Association. It connects athletic training professionals with employment opportunities, provides career development resources, and enables employers to recruit qualified athletic trainers and related healthcare professionals.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. Each individual may maintain only one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for more than 24 months.
Employers using the NATA Career Center agree to: post only genuine, currently available positions with accurate descriptions and compensation information; comply with all applicable employment laws including equal opportunity and anti-discrimination regulations; not use the platform for recruiting purposes unrelated to athletic training or allied health professions; respond to applicants in a timely and professional manner; and maintain current and accurate company profile information.
Job seekers using the NATA Career Center agree to: provide truthful and accurate information in their profiles and resumes; apply only for positions for which they are genuinely qualified and interested; not misrepresent their credentials, experience, or professional certifications; respect the confidentiality of any employer information received during the application process; and keep their profile and resume information current.
Users may not: post fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory content; scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform; send unsolicited communications or spam through the platform; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems; upload malicious software or content that infringes intellectual property rights; use the platform for any illegal purpose; or interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.
The NATA Career Center, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is the property of the National Athletic Trainers' Association and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of content they submit (resumes, job postings, company profiles) but grant NATA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute such content as necessary to operate the platform.
The NATA Career Center is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. NATA does not guarantee that use of the platform will result in employment or successful hiring. We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of user-submitted content, including job postings, resumes, or company profiles. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, employer, or job seeker, or for the terms of any employment relationship formed through the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NATA's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Career Center shall not exceed the amount you paid to NATA in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater. NATA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
NATA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email to registered users at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
