Understanding Job Packages

Job posting packages determine how long your listing remains active, how prominently it is displayed, and what additional features you have access to. Choosing the right package helps you attract qualified candidates within your budget and timeline.
Overview of available packages
The NATA Career Center offers several posting packages: Standard (30-day active listing), Extended (60-day active listing), Featured Standard (30-day highlighted listing), and Featured Extended (60-day highlighted listing). Multi-pack bundles are also available for organizations that hire frequently.
What "Featured" means
Featured listings appear at the top of search results above all standard listings. They are also included in the Job Flash email digest, which goes to over 34,000 subscribers weekly. Featured placement significantly increases visibility and application volume.
Comparing value across packages
A Standard 30-day package is ideal for positions that fill quickly or have a defined application window. An Extended 60-day package offers a lower cost-per-day and is better for roles that may take longer to fill or where you want sustained visibility. Multi-packs offer the best per-listing cost for organizations with ongoing hiring needs.
Purchasing a package
Go to your Employer Dashboard and click "Purchase Package." Select the package type and quantity. Accepted payment methods include all major credit cards and ACH bank transfer. Invoices are generated automatically and sent to your billing email.
Using package credits
When you post a job, your available credits are displayed in the posting wizard. Select the package type to apply and click "Use Credit." Credits do not expire and can be transferred between users within the same employer account.
Requesting a refund or credit
If you need to close a listing early or a position is filled before the package expires, contact support@nata.org. Unused full days may be eligible for a pro-rated credit toward a future purchase, subject to the refund policy.
Pro Tip
If you are filling the same type of role repeatedly (e.g., per diem ATs for event coverage), a multi-pack bundle is the most cost-effective option. Contact our sales team for custom enterprise pricing if you post more than 10 jobs per year.
