Managing Applicants
Last updated: March 2026
Once your job listing is live, applications will start arriving. The Applicant Management dashboard lets you organize candidates, track your review progress, and communicate efficiently without leaving the platform.
Access the applicant list
From your Employer Dashboard, click "My Jobs" and select the position you want to review. Click "View Applicants" to open the full applicant list for that listing.
Review applications
Each applicant card shows their name, application date, and current status. Click any card to view their full application, including resume, cover letter, and answers to any screening questions you configured.
Update applicant status
Move candidates through your pipeline by updating their status: Under Review, Shortlisted, Interview Scheduled, Offer Extended, Hired, or Rejected. Keeping statuses current helps your whole team stay aligned if multiple people are involved in hiring.
Download resumes
Click "Download Resume" on any applicant card to save their resume file. You can also bulk-download resumes for all shortlisted candidates using the "Bulk Download" button at the top of the list.
Send a message to a candidate
Click "Message" on any applicant card to send an email directly through the platform. All correspondence is tracked in the applicant's timeline. Use this to schedule interviews, request additional materials, or send rejection notices.
Filter and sort the list
Use the filter panel on the left to narrow the list by status, application date, or keyword. Sort by application date or by the score from screening questions to prioritize your review.
Pro Tip
Respond to every applicant — even with a brief rejection notice. Candidates who receive no response often leave negative reviews on industry forums, which can affect your employer reputation and future recruiting.
