Using the Resume Bank

The Resume Bank gives you access to a searchable database of athletic training professionals who have opted in to be discovered by employers. Instead of waiting for applications, you can proactively reach out to candidates who match your needs.
Access the Resume Bank
From your Employer Dashboard, click "Resume Bank" in the left-hand navigation. Access to the Resume Bank is included with Standard and Extended job posting packages, and as a standalone subscription.
Search for candidates
Enter keywords such as "sports medicine," "high school," or "concussion protocol." Filter by location (city, state, or willing to relocate), years of experience, certification type, and availability.
Review candidate profiles
Click any candidate card to view their full profile: professional summary, work history, education, certifications, and preferred job settings. Profiles that include a resume file will show a download button.
Save candidates to a shortlist
Click the bookmark icon on any profile to save it to your shortlist. Access your saved candidates from "Saved Profiles" in the sidebar. Your shortlist persists across sessions so you can review it with your team.
Contact a candidate
Click "Contact Candidate" to send a message through the platform. Introduce yourself, describe the position, and invite them to apply or to schedule a call. All messages are delivered to the candidate's registered email and tracked in their activity log.
Pro Tip
Search for candidates who updated their profile in the past 30 days — they are most likely to be actively considering new opportunities. Use the "Recently Active" filter to surface these profiles first.
